After the redesign in its version for browsers, Instagram decided to take one more feature of your application to the web. This time it was the search for hashtags, people and places, which can now be made from any browser.
Instagram on the web was always kind of incomplete, but according to a spokesman, that is the intention. “The Instagram.com is made to compliment the mobile application,” he said. Glad they realized that the search is critical for web browsing. Just do not put much hope in the possibility of sending images by the browser, at least for now.
In search hashtags are shown pictures with greater interaction and latest posts. Information is half hidden; users are only shown in the drop – down menu, for example. By clicking on the photo of the location, if any, you will have access to a huge map, like the image below, which shows the headquarters of the Central Bank.
The functionality is already being released to some users and should be available to everyone today. Do you use Instagram on the web?
