Samsung Gear S2, Incoming New Ceramic Strap and Watch for Twitter

The Samsung S2 Gear was recently awarded al 2016 Mobile World Congress in Barcelona as “Best Connected Consumer Electronics Device” for its innovative eSIM allowing you to be always connected to the network and to the sleek round case.

Particularly appreciated by the users is the presence of interchangeable straps, thanks to which you can personalise your device by adapting it to their tastes. Samsung has just introduced a new 20 mm strap (viewable on the French site at Watchtutorials.org) made entirely of ceramic and has a stylish design and a great fit. The materials are hypo-allergenic, therefore allowing all users with sensitive skin to wear it without worries, and closing is cleverly concealed within the strap itself, thus ensuring a continuous surface of the entire bracelet.

As mentioned, the ceramic strap is currently only available on the French site of Samsung, but it is expected that the South Korean company will introduce in other markets.

Important news comes from the software side, thanks to Samsung’s release of a new app and a watch capable of displaying Twitter trends on the main screen. You must install the app from the App Store Galaxy Trends for Gear and watch Trends Watch face for Gear and activate the watch face on the clock. After entering your account, the main trend of Twitter will appear one by one on the watch face is selected.

Samsung is currently developing new apps, as well as in the launch of third-party applications that allow you to expand the catalog of applications developed for the Gear S2.
