– Ingredients –

  • 220g flour super fine with yeast
  • 220g sugar
  • 150g of softened butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 ml of milk
  • 4 c. tea coffee soluble

– Mode of preparation –

  1. First beat the softened butter with the sugar, until you get a cream cute.
  2. Then add the egg yolks, one at a time, and continue beating.
  3. Then add the milk and the instant coffee and beat again until all well incorporated.

– Mode of preparation –

  1. It is very simple to do. Grease a pan with margarine and sprinkle with flour.
  2. In a bowl, dissolve the instant coffee in the milk.
  3. The party, in a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture is clear.
  4. Add the milk with the coffee, as well as the flour and the yeast and beat well.
  5. Then add the chopped walnuts and mix gently.

3. CAKE AND COFFEE WITH PEANUT BUTTER

– Ingredients –

For the cake:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 + ½ cup sugar
  • 1 natural yogurt without sugar
  • ½ Cup of soluble coffee (can use a mixture of coffee, chicory and barley)
  • ½ Cup of margarine (with a taste of the butter)
  • 2 cups of flour
  • 1 c. tea baking powder

For the filling:

  • Peanut butter q. b.

For the cover:

  • 250g mascarpone
  • 1 c. tablespoon milk
  • 2 c. of the soup of soluble coffee
  • 4 c. granulated sugar, powdered

For the decoration:

  • 10 to 12 chocolate black
  • Peanut caramelized q. b.
  • Shavings of dark chocolate q. b.

– Mode of preparation –

  1. Start by preparing the cake. First pre-heat the oven to 190 C. Grease two forms of 16cm with butter and flour, and, in the background, place parchment paper.
  2. Then, separate the eggs.
  3. In a bowl, beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt and set aside.
  4. Noutra taça, coloque as gemas e o açúcar e bata até obter uma massa esbranquiçada.
  5. À parte, coloque o iogurte e junte o café solúvel. Mexa bem até que ficar sem grumos. Misture este preparado numa taça com a margarina e bata tudo muito bem.
  6. De seguida, junte a farinha peneirada e o fermento em pó.
  7. Depois envolva as claras batidas em castelo.
  8. Divida a massa pelas duas formas e leve ao forno, reduzindo a temperatura para os 150ºC. Faça o teste do palito para saber quando retirar os bolos. Quando estiverem cozidos, retire do forno e deixe arrefecer por completo numa rede para bolos.

  • 3 large eggs or 4 medium
  • 160g of sugar
  • 125 ml of honey
  • 80 ml olive oil
  • 200 ml of strong coffee, warm
  • Cinnamon powder q. b.
  • 370g flour fine wheat with yeast

– Mode of preparation –

  1. Break the eggs and separate the eggs.
  2. In a bowl, add the sugar and egg yolks and blend until you obtain a prepared creamy.
  3. While beating, add slowly the olive oil, the honey, a teaspoon of cinnamon powder and flour alternating with the coffee. Beat very well until the dough starts to make bubbles.
  4. Apart, beat the egg whites as well firm.
  5. Fold in the egg whites with the batter.
  6. Place the dough in a shape with hole, previously greased with butter and dusted with flour, and bake in the oven, pre-heated to 180º C and cook for 35 minutes. Check the state of cooking of the cake with a toothpick.
  7. Then just withdraw, desenformar and serve.
